Liquefaction potential analysis in Yogyakarta – Bawen Toll Road section 3

چکیده
The Yogyakarta – Bawen Toll Road construction is one of the National Strategic Projects because it passes through four regencies in Central Java Province and Special District Yogyakarta. As general consideration for infrastructure planning, was required to consider preventing damages due natural disasters, including liquefaction caused by an earthquake. study area has a shallow groundwater table (<10 m), earthquakes often occurred. Geological conditions showed that lithologies Section 3 dominated silty sand, sandy silt, gravel. This aimed analyze potential 3, especially STA 44+600 52+800. analysis calculated using Simplified Procedure Method based on Standard Penetration Test data. Furthermore, Liquefaction Potential Index (LPI) applied determine level potential. most central part indicated no On contrary, northern southern parts are have potentials ranging from high very high. According results, recommended mitigation plan against study.

Time Series Analysis for Toll Road Data
One important reason for imposing tolls on roadways is to help reduce traffic congestion by giving an incentive to drivers to carpool, drive at non-toll times, or to seek alternate routes. While there are correlations between traffic volumes and toll rates, many other factors also influence driver decisions, including gas prices, availability of alternate routes, road construction, family incom...
متن کاملEvaluation of Soil Liquefaction Potential by Sensitivity Analysis, Reliability and Data validation
In this study, it is attempted to analyze sensitivity and reliability in order to evaluate the liquefaction potential in soil layers in Tabriz. 62 boreholes that had possible conditions for liquefaction were selected. Seismic mapping was simulated using finite fault method and then the effect of soil layers on PGA was estimated. In continue, the liquefaction potential index was estimated and th...
متن کاملRAGE on the Toll Road?
Mammalian Toll-like receptors (TLRs) are cellular pattern-recognizing receptors (PRRs) that recognize the molecular patterns of pathogens. After engaging the pathogenic patterned ligands, the cytosolic portion of the TLRs in monocytes and macrophages, recruits adaptor proteins, via a receptor-driven signaling cascade, activates the transcription factor NF-kappaB, leading to the expression of pr...
متن کاملValuing Government Guarantees in Toll Road Projects
The participation of private capital in public infrastructure investment projects has been sought by many governments who perceive this as a way to overcome budgetary constraints and foster economic growth. For some types of projects, this investment may require government participation in the form of project guarantees in order to reduce the risk of the private investor. As a consequence, the ...
متن کاملToll Caps in Privatized Road Networks
We study a nonatomic routing game on a parallel link network in which link owners set tolls for travel so as to maximize profit. A central authority is able to regulate this competition by means of a (uniform) price cap. The first question we want to answer is how such a cap should be designed in order to minimize the total congestion. We provide an algorithm that finds an optimal price cap for...
